Lavender Essential Oil
(lavendula officinalis) will help to calm and relax the senses, inducing sleep. It is effective with helping to dispel anxiety, depression, clearing the mind and maintaining harmony. Lavender oil also helps with pain, headache and stress symptoms and is known as the mother of all essential oils because of its healing, natural antiseptic properties.

DIRECTIONS: Adults add 2 drops to bath or burner. Add 2 drops for every 10ml of carrier oil.
Children add half a drop to every 10ml of carrier oil.
WARNING: Do not use if Pregnant or on Children under the age of 12 months old. Keep out of reach from children. Do not take oils internally. Dilute before use on skin. Avoid contact with eye area. Use only as directed if in doubt seek help from a qualified Aromatherapist.
